Anastasia Suen started writing when she was eleven years old, and has been writing ever since. But it took twenty-nine years from her first efforts until she sold her first book to a publisher. She is now the author of over two hundred books, including Red Light, Green Light (Harcourt), Subway (Viking), Raise the Roof! (Viking) and Wired.

Anastasia Suen loves to write about STEAM (science, technology, engineering, art, and math). She is also a Booklist columnist, a children’s literature consultant, a freelance editor, and a teacher.
